Welcome to the Liteva Beach House
The Liteva Beach House accommodates 7 people in three well appointed bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 set of king single lo-line bunks with a trundle).
The newly extended lounge room has a luxurious white leather lounge.
This charming beach house has polished floors, slow combustion heater, ceiling fan & 2 reverse cycle air-conditioners, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Dine alfresco under cover on the verandah or inside in the cosy dining area.
Outside offers relaxing enclosed verandah area an ideal area for cooking your freshly caught fish on the barbeque.
There is a large shed to house your boat, and a fish cleaning area for the keen fisherman.

History of the name Liteva
Welcome aboard the Liteva. Come and find out how she got her name and learn about the pioneering fishing family of Simms Cove.
Walk along pristine coastline as the sun sets on the horizon and imagine the life of Curly Joe & Blanche Simms of the pioneering fishing family of Simms Cove in the 1800s.
My late father’s boat was named the Liteva. The boat was launched in the year of my birth 1966.
I have supplied a family history of the pioneering Simms fishing family for your perusal.
I have also provided a book of wooden fishing boats of South Australia.
Other information
Over the time of your stay please enjoy some of our local treasures such as the Moonta Mines Museum and Miners cottage. The beautiful foreshore which is a short walk along the beach or you may choose to drive.
Stroll along the streets of the beautiful township and browse through the many shops and cafes.
There are many day trips you can take within the Yorke Peninsula.
